Eliott H. Gidan (CO license # 9740) is a licensed Certified Public Accountant (CPA) in Colorado with over 43 years of hands-on experience in accounting, taxation, and financial advisory services. He earned his Bachelor of Business Administration degree with a major in accounting from the University of Cincinnati in 1982. Upon graduation, Eliott began his career at Arthur Andersen. In 1986, he became a Certified Public Accountant and launched his own practice, which he operated until 2013. In 2013, he brought together three accounting firms to operate under a combined practice, where he developed additional skills and broadened his expertise. On November 1, 2025, Eliott returned to solo practice with the formation of Eliott H. Gidan, CPA, LLC.
